Does this service cost me anything?
No. The app is completely free to download and use!
How do refer a friend?
Simply find the location you'd like to refer on the app, press the "refer" button and send the link your friends! Each link is unique to each location so make sure you've sent the correct one.
How do I redeem a reward?
After you have a successful referral or loyalty reward in your wallet, redemption is easy: The next time you visit the location you have a pending reward at simply open the app, press "Use" on the reward and show the staff the reward screen at the time of payment. The staff will verify the reward screen so they can apply your discount.
How does my friend use the referral link I sent?
Once your friend clicks your referral link they'll be taken to a website to input their email to activate their reward. Then they need to download the Delight app and signup for an account with the same email they used to activate the reward. Once they visit the location they can now unlock their reward by scanning the QR code located at the counter.
Why am I asked to allow access to the camera?
Without permission, we cannot access your camera and therefore can’t scan a qrcode.
What if I decline camera access?
You can still refer friends but you won't be able to use any of your rewards until you scan to check in at the location.
What if I forget to use my reward before paying?
Each merchant accepts Delight Rewards differently. The merchant may be able to apply your reward after the purchase but some may not.
